| 摘 要： | 国家地质工作是指中央政府财政资金开展的地质工作,当前存在的主要问题是其效益难以量化,地位和贡献也没有被社会充分认识。文章从“国家地质工作的一般概念和分类”、“国家地质工作绩效评价的主要构成环节和流程”和“国家地质工作绩效评价的重点和难点”等三个方面分析了国家地质工作绩效评价的基本问题,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | National geological work means the geological work is developed by using central budgetary.The paper analyses the basic issues concerning performance evaluation of national geological work through a theoretical framework involving general concept and classification,main component links and flow,and key points and difficulties.Some of the potential problems that may arise are also examined,and this is followed by several suggestions. |
