| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革悖论的本质认为，国有企业改革之所以步履维艰，根据的问题还是在于我国关于国企改革的思路与改革目标之间发生了背离。国有企业的特性决定了它不能适应市场机制，不能成为市场主体。因此，要取得国有企业改革的根本性突破，就必须从根本上为国有企业重新定位，确立我国社会主义市场真正的市场主体。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the difficulty which resulted from the deviation of the target and the methods of reformation. of the reformation of state-owned enterprises.The state-owned enterprises can not adapt to the market mechanism and can not become the main body of the market.By this token,we should reorienate the state-owned enterprise to establish the real main body of our socialism market economy. |
