| 摘 要： | 资源配置问题是经济学关注的一个永恒问题。我国公共教育资源的短缺是有目共睹的,如何将有限的资源合理有效地使用,在促进教育公平发展的同时提高资源的利用效率,是缓解我国目前教育困境的重要课题。文章从最基本的经济理论出发,探讨合理有效配置公共教育资源的理论标准,希望不仅为评价我国目前的教育资源配置现状提供一个依据,而且对未来优化配置公共教育资源提供一个思路。

| Abstract: | How to allocate resources is an eternal issue in economics. It is well known that public education resources in China are limited. How to make a rational use of the limited resources effectively and promote educational equity and efficiency is an important task for educational development in China. The paper makes a study of standards on how to allocate the resources rationally and effectively, which offers an idea for optimizing the allocation of the resources. |
