| 摘 要： | 在国际金融危机的影响下,船舶企业不可避免地也面临着法律风险.尤其船舶企业面临的安全生产、债权回收、人力资本提高、汇率变化等方面的风险逐步突显出来.有效防范和化解法律风险,是提高船舶企业依法经营能力的重要手段,也是企业提高竞争能力、适应日益严峻的市场竞争环境的需要,更是企业改革和发展的有力保障.船舶企业要以建立风险遇警机制、监督机制、完善船舶企业规章制度、提高员工的法律和积极投保意识相结合为基础,以利于更好地应对各种风险.
