| 摘 要： | 法律供给效用指的是人民通过遵守国家机关强制或意愿供给的法律所获得的欲望满足程度的一个度量。在法律效用社会整体性、完全民主国家和公民意识自治这三个假设前提条件下,构建法律公平程度、人民对法律供给不满意程度两个变量对法律供给效用影响的基本模型,并引入法律供给速度和公民参与程度两个变量对此模型进行优化,推演得出这四个变量的相互关系及与假设相符的研究结论。

| Abstract: | The effectiveness of legal supply is a measurement of people’s desire satisfactions achieved by abiding by the law imposed or supplied by the authorities.In order to study the effectiveness of legal supply quantitatively and accurately,we need to build a model of legal supply effectiveness.Based on the three hypotheses of the social integration of legal effectiveness,completely social democracy and autonomous citizenship,this paper constructs a model of legal supply effectiveness with two variables,which include the degree of legal fairness and the degree of people’s dissatisfaction about legal supply effectiveness.In addition,it introduces another two variables such as the speed of legal supply and the degree of civic participation to optimize the model of legal supply effectiveness,and draws the conclusion which supports the assumptions. |
