企业政治关联对企业国际化的影响——以我国通讯上市公司为例

自加入WTO以来中国企业国际化趋势日益明显。其中,受政治干预多的行业中的企业容易产生政治关联并对企业的国际化产生影响。以通讯行业为例,从企业国际化的广度和深度两个维度,对企业政治关联与企业国际化的关系进行实证研究,结果表明:政治关联作为企业的一项重要资源,对通讯企业国际化的广度拓展有抑制作用,而对其国际化的深度则没有显著影响。

Research on the Influence of Enterprise's Political Connection on Enterprise Internationalization: Taking Chinese Communications Listed Companies as an Example

Since China’s accession to the WTO,the trend of enterprise internationalization in China has been more and more obvious,and those companies in the industries much intervened by politics have been easily associated with politics and thus,their internationalization has been influenced.Taking the communication industry as an example,and from the two dimensions of breadth and depth of enterprise internationalization,the paper conducts an empirical research on the relationship between enterprise’s political connection and enterprise internationalization.The results show that political connections as an important resource of enterprises have an effect of inhibition on the breadth of internationalization but have no significant effect on the depth of internationalization in the process of communication enterprise internationalization.
