| Abstract: | As a terminal sales platform,large retailers are gaining voice in integration and optimization of industry chain against the demand-oriented backdrop.The deepening of division of industry and the innovation of organization,customer value and technology are the major motivation that large retailers dominate industry chain;improving industry concentration,enhancing information guiding effect,implementing multi-vender strategy and strengthening vertical integration are the effective mechanism that large retailers dominate industry chain;transforming from producer-driven to buyer-driven,from technology-driven to organization-driven,as well as from the upgrading of a single link of industry chain to the upgrading of a whole industry chain is the typical path that large retailers dominate industry chain. |
