RJVs模式整合区域创新资源的利益博弈

随着经济全球化的迅猛发展,科技创新能力逐渐发展成为企业的核心竞争力,自主创新能力处于劣势地位的创新主体必须寻求新的出路来使自己得到更大的生存和发展。本文提出一种新型的参与市场竞争的重要策略——利用RJVs模式整合区域创新资源,建立创新主体形成RJVs后的博弈模型,并提出实现各自利益最大化的方法,在弥补创新资源在创新主体之间失衡的同时,优化研发资源的配置,提高资源的整合效率。

Game of Interests of Integrating Regional Innovation Resources with RJVs Mode
