| 摘 要： | “城乡统筹发展的直辖市”是胡锦涛总书记对重庆提出的重大战略部署之一。也是重庆的重大使命，发展旅游业并合理进行旅游产业布局是重庆统筹城乡发展、特别是统筹城乡产业发展的有效途径，依据城乡统筹及产业布局相关理论，分析了重庆旅游产业布局与推动重庆统筹城乡发展的内在关系及存在的问题，并尝试提出了在城乡统筹中重庆旅游产业的战略性布局。

| Abstract: | ＂The plan of city and countryside overall development＂, which is one of significant strategic plans by the General Secretary, is a historic mission to Chongqing. It is an effective way to develop and program the tourism for the plan of city and countryside overall development. Based on the correlative theories, the article analyzes intrinsic relation between the tourism and city and countryside overall development, and suggests the strategic layout. |
