| 摘 要： | 在我国的经济体制转型和改革过程中,国有大企业一直是重中之重,与之相反,中小企业的发展则没有得到足够的重视。而中小企业近年来的发展,证明其具有大企业所没有的优势,理应得到重新的定位和发展。文章就中小企业的进一步发展,从自身完善及政策扶持等方面进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | During the transformation fo economy sys-tem and reform,state -owned enterprises are always the most important.On the contrary,the small and medi um -sized enterprises were neglected.But the fast development of them in recent years have testi-fied that they have the advantages that the big en-terprises don't have.So they should be reorientated and developed.The article points out that self -im-provement and support of policies can ensare them to develop gradadlly so that they will become more competitive. |
