| 摘 要： | 近年来,在土地经济学中,土地资源、土地资产、土地资本三个词被频繁使用,究竟这易替代、易混用的三者之间有着怎样的区别与联系,它们之间又是如何转化的呢?现从资源、资产和资本的概念出发,分别探讨土地资源、土地资产和土地资本的内涵,可以看出三者之间的区别,并进一步分析出三者之间的联系,最后指出了三者之间的转化机制。
