| 摘 要： | 文章透过循环经济的概念、特点和发展,具体讨论了循环经济中的外贸环境,指出我国对外贸易发展中存在的问题以及由于资源等问题对我国进出口造成的制约。在现实的选择中,我国必须通过提高认识,更新理念,借鉴国外经验完善本国法规等策略,实现循环经济发展模式。

| Abstract: | The article penetrates circulation economy concept,the characteristic and the development,to specifically discuss foreign trade environment in the circulation economy,which points out foreign trade development exists question in our country as well as our country import and export restriction because of the shortage of resources.In the reality choice,our country must enhance understanding,renew idea,and model overseas experience to consummate our country laws and regulations,which to realize circulation economy development pattern. |
