| 摘 要： | 在阐释金融工程内涵的基础上，从学科渊源和发展动因两个方面阐述了金融工程产生和发展的脉络，归纳了金融工程领域的三大理论支柱及其发展的内外部动因。并总结了金融工程在中国理论界和实务层面的发展现状。最后分析了金融工程在中国的大发展须解决的两个首要问题：一是基础金融产品市场均衡价格的形成；二是大规模真正市场主体的出现。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the connotation of financial engineering, the author expatiates upon its emerging and thriving in two aspects, subject origin and development reasons. Meanwhile, the author shows us its status in China. And then points out that at least two barriers are on its advance in China: one is the formation of prices of the underlying financial instruments, and another is the formation of a mass of market oriented bodies. |
