我国保障性评价工作现状分析和对策研究

对近年来国内保障性评价工作进展情况进行了总体概括,总结了主要成果,指出了存在不足,分析了问题原因,最后归纳出四条对策建议,即对保障性评价工作应从系统工程观点去理解、用保障性目标作指导、以试验理论发展来带动和用作战适用性标准去衡量,以此进一步推动保障性评价工作向前发展。

On Status and Countermeasures of China's Supportability Assessment

The progress of the domestic supportability assessment in recent years was carried out overview,the main results were summarized,the shortages and causes were pointed out,and four suggestions were summed up: to understand supportability assessment from the perspective of systems engineering,taking affordable goals as guidance,to stimulate with the theory of testing and to measure by operational suitability standards,so as to further promote the supportability assessment.
