水利工程档案的安全管理

在水利工程建设中由于技术较复杂,参建单位较多,交叉往来的工程技术文件数量庞大,产生了大量的档案资料,因此提高水利工程建设中档案管理的安全意识,加强水利工程档案的安全管理具有重要意义。实现水利工程档案的安全管理,应加强领导,健全制度,树立安全意识,做好档案管理人员的培训及宣传教育工作,实行档案安全责任制,明确责任,制定安全应急预案,随时应对可能发生的各种突发事件,还要加强对档案库房的安全管理,特别是要加强对档案的信息安全管理,从复制、传输、使用各个方面消除安全隐患,坚决杜绝各类危害档案安全事故发生。
