基于节能减排的建筑采暖中介服务探讨研究

本文分析了我国供热计量改革的现状及存在的问题,由此提出推行采暖中介服务的必要性,通过探讨采暖中介服务的内容、涉及到主体及其行为动机、行为策略、作用机理,得出推行采暖中介服务有利于推动供热技术节能、建筑节能和用户行为节能,从而推动供热计量进程和节能目标的实现。

Probing into Building Heating Intermediary Service Based on the Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction

This paper analyses the present situation and problems of heat metering reform,which brought out the necessity to implement the heating intermediary service,by discussing the content of heating intermediary service、the related subject and behavior motive and strategy、mechanism,we reach that the implementation of heating intermediary service is conducive to promote the heating energy-saving,building energy saving and user behavior energy-saving,so as to promote the process of heat metering and the realization of energy saving objective.
