| Abstract: | With the effect of project management contracting(PMC) mode become more and more significant in the international arena,mastering the advanced management mode,management ideas and management methods has become the compulsory subject of project managers,but there are no clear rules about how to divide the owners and project management contractors' rights and responsibilities,and the author make suggestions on contract management of PMC mode from this angle. |
