摘 要: | 本文主要讨论了数控实验装置的工作台的机械部分的设计。数控实验装置是一台简易的数控机床。可以加工简单的铜或铝材质的工件,达到演示数控加工的教学作用。我在本次设计中主要是围绕设计工作台的进给部分即X、Y向的进给运动进行的。设计从工作台传动方案,切削力的计算,电动机的选择,进给系统机械部分的选择,导轨这几个个方面分别进行说明。

Abstract: | This article focuses on the design of mechanical parts of worktable of NC experimental device.NC experimental device is a simple CNC machine tool.It processes copper or aluminum work pieces and shows the teaching effect of CNC machining.The design is on feed part of worktable,namely the motion in X direction and Y direction.The paper describes the design from worktable drive solutions,cutting force calculation,motor selection,the choice of feeding system of mechanical parts,and guide rail. |
