基于熵权的模糊物元模型在汶川地震遗迹旅游发展适宜性评价中的应用

摘    要:汶川地震灾区各县市发展地震遗迹旅游的条件和基础存在差异,如何筛选出适宜于发展地震遗迹旅游的县市,确定地震遗迹旅游发展的优先区是指导灾后恢复重建重要的课题。通过选取极重灾区10个县市作为评价对象,采用层次分层分析法(AHP),构建4个Ⅰ级指标、9个Ⅱ级指标及29个Ⅲ级指标组成评价指标体系;运用物元模型,建立指标判断矩阵,计算从优隶属度;采用归一化矩阵建立消除量纲和级差的体系,求出熵值,计算熵权及权重;采用关联度系数与权重之积得到计算关联度值,确定汶川地震遗迹旅游发展适宜度值。研究结论为地震灾区旅游恢复重建及避免地震遗迹旅游发展的盲目性提供了科学依据,是地震遗迹旅游发展的重要基础性研究课题。

Abstract:It is quite important to use and protect the Seismic Landscape(SL) caused by the Wenchuan Earthquake.The difference of potential condition and facilities contributes most to developing the tourism of Wenchuan Earthquake vestige.Ascertaining the preferential areas with earthquake vestige will be an outstanding project to direct the further reconstruction.AHP method and fuzzy matter-element theory based on coefficients of entropy have been employed for evaluating SLs,confirming screening out key candidates for further exploitation.This proposal divides the index into 4 I-class groups,9 Ⅱ-class subgroups and 29 Ⅲ-class basic units,which make up an intact system.The tourism development suitability for 10 severely earthquake-hit counties/cities can be sequenced as: Wenchuan > Pengzhou > Dujiangyan > Beichuan > Mianzhu > Shifang > Qingchuan > Pingwu > Anxian > Maoxian.Instead of random construction,the result may be regarded as a symbolic and instructive reference in rebuilding homeland and tapping potential values of earthquake tourism.
