| Abstract: | This paper intends to look at the basic essentials that such an application should satisfy to qualify as an OLAP application. By examining what OLAP application is expected to do I will come up with the specific requirements. These requirements range from the ability to carry a fast query to complex mathematical calculations down to allowing read/write user environment without compromising security. |
