| 摘 要： | 国家对制药企业的管理政策与企业的经营模式是决定其财务管理独特性的主要因素。研究中小制药企业的财务管理有非常现实的意义。本文分析了影响中小制药企业财务管理的因素和特点,总结了其财务管理的薄弱环节,提出了解决的方法。
