| 摘 要： | 影响五年制高职教育管理的因素主要有社会因素、家庭因素、学校因素等,要不断改进和完善五年制高职学生管理:抓实班主任工作;结合实际,采取多种形式,搞好学生的素质教育工作;对五年制学生实行独立管理;社会和家庭教育共同参与;深化教学改革,激发学生学习兴趣。以期使五年制高职教育的教育效果达到最佳。
