摘    要:人事管理是人力资源管理中最基础的部分,主要包括:人员的入职离职手续,工资计算发放及各类社保福利的日常办理等。每个人力资源管理的从业人员必须要懂得这些基本事务,然后才能向上进行发展。本文简单论述了国有企业中人事管理体系的构建。

Abstract:The personnel management is the most basic part of human resources management,and it mainly includes: personnel entry and exit,calculation and payment for wage as well as daily handling for all kinds of social security benefits.Each of the employees of the human resource management must know the basic affairs,and then develop antrorsely.In this paper,the construction of personnel management system in the state-owned enterprise was briefly discussed.
