| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价模式是我国建筑行业市场化运作的重要标志,针对工程量清单计价模式下施工招评标的可操作性存在的诸多问题,本文着重分析了工程量清单编制的要点,并深入评价了综合评分法与合理低价中标法的缺陷与改进办法,在此基础上对最适合评标方法的确定提出了思考与建议。
