| 摘 要： | 本文运用了文献资料法,逻辑分析法,阐述了阳光体育运动的内涵、阳光体育运动的健康价值,阳光体育运动与构建和谐社会的关系,以及阳光体育运动在构建健康和谐社会的作用,即阳光体育运动可塑造人身心和谐、提高人的道德水平,促进精神文明建设、融洽人与人关系,促进人与人和谐、促进人与自然和谐、人与社会的和谐。
