航空发动机FADEC系统半物理试验台测控系统设计

摘    要:文章根据航空发动机FADEC系统半物理模拟试验台的功能及要求,设计了基于iFIX监控软件平台和PXI硬件系统的FADEC系统半物理试验台测控系统,同时引入最小二乘法,对系统的AI通道进行校验,提高了曲线的拟合精度,得到较为准确的工程量与电量之间的关系曲线。试验台的调试运行证明,系统操作方便,设置灵活,可靠性高,达到了设计指标要求。

Abstract:According to the function and requirement of measurement and control system of aero-engine FADEC system hardware-in-loop simulation test-bed,a new measurement and control system for FADEC system hardware-in-loop test-bed was designed based on PXI hardware device and iFIX software,while least squares technique was used to realize channel check and improve curve fitting precision.The application shows the system runs stably,operates easily and has friendly interface.It has achieved design requirements.
