| 摘 要： | 本文通过对121例气管切开的患者应用声门下吸引导管配合以间断或持续的声门下低负压吸引,很好的清除了气囊上滞留物,减少建立人工气道患者的肺部感染发生率,缩短肺部感染治愈的时间,提高了治愈率。

| Abstract: | Hypolarynxsuction catheter is used on 121 patients with tracheotomy,cooperating with intermittent and sustained suction with micro negative pressure.It cleared subglottic secretion,which reduced the incidence of pulmonary infection of patients with artificial airway,shortened the time of curing pulmonary infection,and increased the cure rate. |
