| 摘 要： | 竞争情报在地产企业中已经发挥越来越重要的作用,地产行业的情报来源主要有出版物、电脑人际网络、相关的会议与招聘信息等,利用信息检索、竞争对手跟踪、市场调查、SWOT分析、定标比超等方法搜集,分析处理后形成对企业本身有作用的情报和策略。
