| 摘 要： | 学术交流活动的质量是学会的命脉所在,必须得到渐次提高。在新的历史条件下,要提高学术交流的质量必须让会员通过交流活动提高学术素养,学会扩大学术影响。总之,要适应时代的需求,按照党和政府的规定,按照学术的发展规律大力开展学术交流活动,就一定能提高学术交流的质量。

| Abstract: | The quality of academic exchange activities,which is the lifeblood of the society,must be gradually improved.In the new historical condition,it should be improved through the academic accomplishment of members,so as to expand the academic influence.In short,meeting the needs of the times,in accordance with the regulations of the party and the government,according to the development of academic,academic exchanges should be carried out vigorously,and its quality will be improved certainly. |
