| Abstract: | With the development and maturity of network technology,and in this wide and free space kingdom,government's management and control manifest their lameness and weakness.Based on this understanding and social situation,this paper points out the major problems which exist in government's policies and regulations of the network,and the steps which government should enhance and consummate in governance. |
