摘    要:房地产开发项目具有投资大、工期长、不可预见的因素多等特点,是高投入高风险高回报的项目。所以,房地产项目的实施过程存在着很多风险,从项目启动组织到实施过程管理,全过程、全方位地的控制,正确地对待、评价、处理过程风险,必须站在项目管理的战略高度,加强对风险的管理,是保证项目目的和项目目标实现的关键。
