| 摘 要： | 依据装备采办项目组织结构特点,构建了采办项目组织结构评价指标体系和基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与灰色方法相结合的武器装备采办组织结构类型评价模型;计算出各项目组织结构类型的成熟度的隶属值,得出矩阵型装备采办项目结构是最好的结果。
