| Abstract: | In the dredging project,especially the large-scale dredging project,how to effectively control and avoid the principal-agent risk is one of the essential problems in practice.In this paper,the content and the characteristics of the principal-agent risk in dredging project are discussed,and the corresponding risk preventive measures are proposed and analyzed. |
