摘    要:为适应当今社会发展要求,干部人事档案新的"开放式"管理模式成为一种必然。在保密机制前提下,如何做好干部人事档案"开放式"管理工作,更好地"开放式"服务于人才选拔、人才流动的过程,进一步发挥它的现实凭证和历史查考价值,成为本文所要研究和研讨的重点。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the requirements of current social development,the new mode of opening management of cadre personnel archive has become a necessity.In the premise of confidential mechanism,how to do a good job in the opening management of cadre personnel archive,make better opening service in process of selecting talents and flow of talents,further play its r value of reality evidence and historical search,which become the focus that this paper studies and discusses.
