| 摘 要： | 归纳了本质安全的定义,阐述了本质安全的基本原理及国内外发展的状况,指出了现阶段本质安全相关研究中存在的问题,提出了石化企业应该从工艺过程、生产设备、作业环境、人员素质、生产管理、评价方法等六大方面实现其本质安全化。

| Abstract: | It summarized the definition,the principle and the domestic and overseas development of inherent safety.It found out the existing problems in the present research of inherent safety.At last,it proposed that the petrochemical enterprises should achieve inherent safety from six aspects—process engineering,production equipment,operating environment,personnel quality and manufacturing management and evaluation method. |
