| 摘 要： | 中国古典诗歌是中国传统文化遗产的精华,英译时必然时刻体现两种不同文化的碰撞与融合。文章从中国古典诗歌中文化特性的传译难点出发,探讨了历史、地域、习俗及宗教信仰等文化特有现象的如实传达在文化交流中的重要作用及其翻译策略。

| Abstract: | Translation is not only a linguistic transference,but also an intercultural communication activity.The paper discusses the cruxes encountered in translating cultural-bound terms in classical Chinese poems into English.Then,it proceeds to illustrate the importance of cultural-bound term transference as well as the translating strategies concerned. |
