| 摘 要： | 关中—天水经济区旨在建设成为西部及北方内陆地区的"开放开发龙头地区",而实现经济的快速发展关键是要实现信息一体化。因此,本文通过分析关中—天水经济区信息化现状及意义,指出存在的主要问题,并提出了总体战略思路及实施对策。

| Abstract: | Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone aims to become the leading development area of the western and northern inland areas.And the achievement of information integration is the key of the realization of rapid economic development.Therefore,this paper analyses the condition of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone and illustrates the significance of this research.Then this paper points out its main problems and proposes the overall strategy and measures. |
