| 摘 要： | 科学合理的利益分配机制是技术联盟稳定运行的保障,文章以Shapley值法为基础,结合技术联盟的实际情况,具体分析了影响利益分配的三种因素:投入资源、风险承担和创新能力,用理想点原理进行改进,并应用实例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。
