摘    要:本文以提高学生动手能力、学习兴趣和创新能力为目的,从五个方面来阐述《畜产品加工工艺学》实践教学的改革与建议:加强实验室、实习基地的建设和管理,将科学研究与实践教学相结合,增加综合性与创新性实验比例等。

Abstract:In order to improve students' manipulative ability,interest in learning and innovation ability,the paper described the reform and recommendations on the practice teaching of Animal Products Processing Technology from five aspects: strengthening the construction and management of laboratory practice base,combining science research with practice teaching,increasing the proportion of synthesis and innovative experiments.
