| Abstract: | In order to improve students' manipulative ability,interest in learning and innovation ability,the paper described the reform and recommendations on the practice teaching of Animal Products Processing Technology from five aspects: strengthening the construction and management of laboratory practice base,combining science research with practice teaching,increasing the proportion of synthesis and innovative experiments. |
