| 摘 要： | 腐败是一种畸形的政治现象和社会现象。本文概括地分析了我国腐败现象在历史、思想意识方面产生的根源及其现实体制方面原因 ,提出了治理腐败的对策 :即加强政治体制改革 ;改进和完善现行监督机制 ;加强教育 ,将德治与法治结合起来 ;从根本上遏制腐败。

| Abstract: | Corruption is a kind of freakish political and social phenomena The thesis analyses the root of corruption in our country from the points of history,idcology and present social system.Some countermeasures are proposed against further corruption,such as strengthening the political system reformation,improving and perfecting current supervision system,reinforcing the education,and combining the moral-ruling with law-ruling.The ultimate purpose is to keep the corruption limited. |
