| Abstract: | 2006 witnesses the establishment of modem logistics industry in China and the overall opening of Chinese logistics industry to the world.These push more foreign capital to aim at Chinese logistical market.The article analyzes the reasons why foreign capital invests in Chinese logistics,illustrates the positive role of the phenomena in Chinese economy and trade,recalls the development history and process of Chinese logistics,discovers the potential danger and gives the practical strategies. |
