论新中国农村的渐进式改革之路

新中国农村改革一波三折，农业互助合作运动中的两次“跃进”和人民公社化运动的一次“跃进”，是人为违背客观规律而使农村改革遭受挫折的前车之鉴，而邓小平的“允许看”、“不争论”则是符合了我国农村经济发展的客观规律而使农村改革取得成功的重要法宝。今天的农村改革必须遵循渐进式改革的思路，一步一个脚印，稳步前进，才能早日实现建设社会主义新农村的目标。
