中国各省市区建设用地空间差异分析：1996-2004年

研究目的：分析中国各省市区建设用地1996 — 2004年变动情况，找出省市区间建设用地的差异类型及原因。研究方法：构建一组建设用地空间变动函数，分析建设用地的时空变动情况。研究结果：各省市区的综合变动指数差异较大，也有明显的地理差异，且5个类型的省市区个数相差不大。研究结论：受社会经济阶段和可利用地存量的限制，发达省市区的建设用地扩张速度、内部转变与欠发达省市区有明显差异。

Analysis on the Spatial Differences of Construction Land at Provincial Levels in China: From 1996 to 2004

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the variation of construction land at provincial levels（including the municipalities directly governed by the state council) in China from 1996 to 2004 in order to identify types and causes of spatial differences of construction land. Method employed is to establish a group of functions for the spatial variation of construction land so as to analyze the temporal and spatial variations. The results indicate that there are comparatively obvious differences in terms of the indicators of regional comprehensive variation, and meanwhile there are also obvious geographical differences; furthermore, the numbers of provinces, cities and districts in each type of the defined spatial differences are not in big difference. It is concluded that due to the limitations of socioeconomic stage and the stock of available construction land, there are distinct differences between developed and undeveloped regions in terms of expansion speed of construction land and inner transformation.
