论和谐社会的制度体系

国家的制度及制度体系要与构建和谐社会相适应。促进利益增长、利益均衡是构建和谐社会的制度体系的核心。当前,制度供给不能满足制度需求的矛盾十分突出。现行制度还不能有效解决社会变革中的各种利益矛盾,还不能完全胜任构建和谐社会的重任。构建和谐社会的制度及体系,是一项庞大而复杂的系统工程,是一项长期的战略任务,需要由政府、公众和社会各界共同讨论协商制定,最后由国家提供。

The System Structure in the Harmonious Society

The system of the country should adapt to the construction of harmonious society,the core of which is interests increase,and the balanced interests.At present,the problem is serious that the supply can not meet the requirement of system.The current regulations can't effectively resolve various contradictions in social reform and can't fulfill the construction of the harmonious society completely yet.Constructing the system of harmonious society is a huge and complicated systematic project and a long-term strategic task which needs the government,the public and various circles of society to discuss the problem together.
