中小服务型企业质量管理自我评价模式建构

本文提出一个中小服务型企业开展质量管理自我检测的指标体系和检测项目。该自检模式建立在我国全国质量奖、美欧日三大质量奖项的基础上,结合我国中小企业发展现状,特别针对服务型企业而设计,经过我们的问卷和访谈调查,以及经过长三角一带部分企业的具体应用,统计显示该模式具有较好的应用性和指导性。这套体系既能够与企业预期申请全国质量奖相匹配,又比较恰当地适应了我国中小服务型企业发展的实际现状。

The Construction of Quality Management Self-Evaluation Model for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
