| Abstract: | The actuality of ERP application is introduced,then according to the time series of exploiting period,applying period and estimating period,the paper analyzes the potemtial risks in the process of ERP implementation in detail.Finally,this paper presents suggestions and measures to avoiding the risks efficiently. |
