| 摘 要： | 本文根据FDI区位选择理论,运用协整分析方法,对影响北京市吸引FDI的关键经济因素进行了实证分析。无论从长期还是短期来看,北京市成功吸引FDI的经济影响因素有:经济的快速增长、固定资产投资的增加、产业结构的完善以及具有比较优势的劳动力成本。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical study on the economical determinants of FDI in Beijing city, by exerting co-integration, according to the locational choice theory. The paper concludes that both in the long term and short term, the Economics Influencing Factors of FDI in Beijing city are rapid economic-growth, increasing social fixed assests, industry structure improvement and comparative advantage of labor cost. |
