| 摘 要： | 本文从贫困的本质入手，指出生态贫困是城市贫困的一种基本类型。在界定城市生态贫困内涵的基础上，对我国城市生态贫困的特征、成因进行了分析，并提出治理的对策。

| Abstract: | By discussing the essence of poverty, this paperpointed out that ecological poverty is a fundamental type ofpoverty. Based on the definition of ecological poverty ofChina's urban areas, the author analyzed the characteristicsand causes of ecological poverty of China's urban areas.Accordingly certain harnessing countermeasures were sug-gested as well. |
