组织机构管理国际信息合作体系探究

信息化、全球化的发展使组织机构跨国活动日益增多，但在社会管理与商业贸易活动中却难以获得跨国组织机构信息，造成了管理与诚信的真空和失控。建立组织机构管理国际信息合作体系，加强国际问信息交流是解决矛盾的根本方法。文章阐述了组织机构管理国际信息合作体系的7个方面，提出关于各国组织机构管理机构共同合作、构建一个组织机构管理信息互联互认互用互信实体系统的设想，面向全球各类用户实现跨国组织机构信息访问与应用，并给出系统模型。

Research on the International Organizations Information Integrate System

With the development of the informationization and globalization, the worldwide business events become more frequently. However, the information from abroad is difficult to obtain for the society administration and commercial business, which lead to the insufficiency of management and moral commitment. Building up the international organizations information integrate system is crucial to solve this problem. In this paper, the author illustrates the international organizations information integrate system with 7 aspects. This is for giving some ideas to the international organization administrations to work together. Thus they could build up the inter-connected, inter-recognized, inter-applied and inter-trusted system to supply the cross-broad organization information retrieval.
