低碳约束下木材加工业全要素生产率研究

摘    要:在考虑碳排放的基础上运用DEA-Malmquist指数测算了13个国家木材加工业的全要素生产率。对比分析1995~2009年发达国家与发展中国家木材加工业全要素生产率的发展变化情况。研究发现:总体而言,考虑CO2排放的木材加工业全要素生产率要高于传统全要素生产率,技术进步是全要素生产率增长的主要原因。低碳约束前后发达国家木材加工业全要素生产率平均水平要高于发展中国家。从1995年到2009年由于技术进步指数的变化引起了中国木材加工业全要素生产率较大的波动。根据实证分析结论,提出适当调整产业规模、提高产业技术创新水平等建议。

Abstract:This paper applies DEA-Malmquist index measured the TFP of 13 countries of the wood processing industry under considering the carbon emissions. Comparative analysis of the difference between the developed countries and developing countries the situation of wood processing industry TFP during 1995- 2009. The study found that: overall,consider the CO2 emissions of the wood processing industry TFP is higher than that of the traditional TFP,technical progress is the main reason for the growth of TFP. The wood processing industry TFP of developed countries is higher than the developing countries before and after low carbon constraints. In recent years,the changes of the technical progress index caused the fluctuation of Chinese wood processing TFP greatly from 1995- 2009. Finally,the suggestions of adjusting the scale of industry and improving the technological innovation of industry are put forward.
